When our good friends, and general legends, Alita and Nat called us up and asked if we wanted to be a partner in their upcoming Hack Games it was a resounding “HECK YES”.

And now the Hack Games are open for player registrations.

Here’s why we are all in for the Hack Games:

1. The Problem Statement. This year the theme is ‘The Great Resignation: MentalWellness in the Modern Workplace’ I mean, it doesn’t get more eSuite than that. We are firm believers that team is the most critical element to eCommerce success. And it’s fair to say that people (you, your peers, me) have been bashed up a bit in the last few years. We can’t wait to get creative with some superstars on this topic.

2. Live or Virtual. The MI team have designed the games so that you can participate in person in Melbourne or with your team virtually. Personally, I am getting on that plane regardless of covid, lockdowns or snakes. But if that’s not your jam, the team have designed the virtual participation so that it is just as enjoyable. And you get to do it in your undies.

3. FUN. I was lucky enough to interview Alita and the winning Hack team last year on Add To Cart. From that moment I declared I’m not missing the next one. And we can’t wait to get back to connecting with this bloody brilliant eCommerce community. It’s been too long. There maaaaaaaay even be the odd beer or cocktail.
