They’re growing and are now searching for a Growth Marketer to join their Growth team so that they can impact the lives of as many women as possible. In this role, you will dive head-first into all things growth. As part of their team, you’re guaranteed to be super hands-on, working cross-functionality on a variety of tasks that accelerate the growth of the entire business.
Years of experience or a flashy CV aren’t important to Ovira. They are looking for curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and strong executional skills.

- Working closely with our whole Growth team including their founder Alice.
- Creating videos with Alice and Shanky for our TikTok accounts with over 6M followers
- Taking part in the team challenge to create 200 pieces of content in 1 week
- Planning and executing a billboard campaign in less than 48 hours
- Interviewing strangers on the street about their sex ed for TikTok
- Brainstorming and filming stunts for viral social content
- Working with Vicky to test ads on Pornhub
- Brainstorming and executing A/B tests on the website to increase conversion rate and revenue
- Finding unique, creative ways to rapidly increase engagement in their Facebook group The Inner Circle with 14k members
- Brainstorming new product names and packaging design with the team
