Ecommerce Trading Manager

As the eCommerce Trading Manager you will be joining a passionate and skilled Digital team in a time of high growth and lots of exciting new opportunities.

This role will see you responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the I.AM.GIA and Tiger Mist websites and trading. If you enjoy a fast paced environment, the fashion industry and thrive managing and working with an incredible, then this job is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the day-to-day trading of Tiger Mist & I.AM.GIA to target budget.
• Maintain strong relationships across departments (design/merchandise/marketing/warehouse/customer care) to facilitate communication and ensure alignment of operations & efficiencies.
• Develop and manage a successful SEO strategy to drive organic growth, including on-site optimizations, SEO friendly copy and blog content strategy.
• Manage a team of four direct reports, including Online Coordinators and Graphic designers ensuring day to day operations are process mapped and followed for optimal team efficiency e.g. New Arrivals/Merchandising/Launching sales and promotions.
• Assess any gaps in productivity and implement new processes to achieve better automation.
• Improve the on-site user experience through UI & UX improvements. You'll be ideating and briefing in update with the web dev team.
• Create regular trade and post-campaign analysis and recommendations to be presented to key stakeholders.

About you:

• You have 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce.
• You’ve worked in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in fashion.
• You know your way around Shopify, Emarsys, Yotpo & reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
• You have experience driving trade performance through data-driven on-site merchandising and effective content.
• You have experience driving acquisition through SEO strategies
• You love automated processes, and can easily identify ways to improve and streamline the customer experience.
• You have a curious and methodical approach to problem-solving, if you don’t know the answers you’ll do whatever it takes to find them.
