• You know how to drive online sales and are playing in your element. Trade is in your bones
• You're both hands on & enjoy being in the detail, whilst also a great leader who can mentor and train your direct report
• You're big on team collaboration

Once appointed, you'll be:

• Diving into session times, conversion optimisation and customer experience
• Partnering with the performance media and SEO agencies for customer acquisition
• Leading an ecommerce executive to keep the store merchandised & up to date
• Being the central point of ecom trade for the group.
